Yes, my wife read my earlier announcement and made me fix the errors or else. Sorry but I was in a hurry. When I received the news we were in Pick 'n Pay. My wife was picking and I was paying - otherwise she is fun to be with. So I had to rush home, and then the Internet was off line reboot, reboot again and there we are, mistakes and all.
Soraya of GDLK Attorneys (I now have two favourite lawyers, any other candidates?) has kindly provided me with a copy of the court order. I will make it available to you but because of its heftiness, I would need to upload it to my own web site. It's in the interest of everybody that "GDLK Attorneys" keep the lines of communication open with readers of Mario's blog. I'm worried about bureaucratic bungling and admin fees depleting the pot-o-gold before a thorough investigation can be finalized.
Hopefully the Edwafin foursome don't have any influence or friends at GDLK Attorneys?
The Honorable Justice Skinner read between the lines and did not fall for the BS presented to him. At last someone who makes sense out of all the BS spewed out by the Edwafing generals. He even pointed out where they forgot to cover their butts in their "cover my butt" projected financials.
As stated in the court documents nothing will change or improve if Edwafin opposes the ruling. HJS states by virtue of R0.06 to creditors shows that the company is insolvent - finish & klaar.
Blah blah blahdiblah and blah again Mario. Perhaps you should do something about what you look like? Scary comes to mind....but then perhaps that is why you live your life in cyber space,certainly safer for humanity at large....

You know nothing and you will always know nothing, because there is nothing of that kind that either you or any court of law will be able to pin on any of the directors or staff.
